Afternoon practice begins tomorrow. Our coaches are very excited to see everyone tomorrow afternoon on the pool deck.

Remember, practices run Tuesday to Friday in the following schedule to align to the end of the school year:

To help practices start on time this season, please help us with the following routine:

• Arrive early, at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of your practice time so that swimmers are geared up and ready to swim when practice begins.
• 8 & Under and 9 - 10 Age groups will begin practices on the grassy area on the upper deck. Coaches will lead stretching and talk through the practice plan before swimmers enter the pool.
• For the first practice, all age groups will meet the coaches on the grassy area on the upper deck for a team meeting at the beginning of your practice time.
