Good Morning Stingrays Families!

Who's excited for our second swim meet of 2026!! We are travelling to Bartram Springs to compete against the Barracudas tomorrow morning. We are really looking forward to seeing all our swimmers do their very best and have a great meet. In support of a safe, fun and fast meet day, the following materials have been attached for families to prepare for Saturday:

1. Home Team Swim Meet Information Letter - Please see below for Stingrays morning timeline. Volunteer meeting times are provided in the Home Team Meet Letter. Bartram Springs Parking and Pool Layout are included in the meet letter.

Please read the following information:

1. Bartram Springs has concessions available. A complete list of concessions is provided in the Home Team Meet Letter. Make sure to bring enough snacks and drinks for the entire meet!
2. Swimmer Sign In - begins at 7am. See Coach Emma
3. Stingrays Warms Up - begins at 7:15am
4. Volunteer Sign In - begins at 7am See Jenny Fitzpatrick - Volunteer Coordinator

Parents if you have a change of plans or an issue for the meet, please let us know via email as soon as possible so that we may update meet details accordingly.
