SJSSL CHAMPS - Declaration Deadline Thursday July 2nd 5pm and other information

Good Afternoon Stingrays Families!

Just a reminder that the CHAMPS DECLARTION DEADLINE OF THURSDAY JULY 2ND AT 5PM is fast approaching. If you have not already, please declare if you are or are not attending. All swimmers must be declared. WE are unable to add swimmers once declarations are closed as the information is sent to the league for heat sheets to be created.

As you may have seen in Swimtopia there will be 3 sessions for this year’s meet, please take note of this for arrival and planning purposes. The meet sessions are as follows:

  • Friday July 10th - 11 and Up estimated start time of 4:30pm
  • Saturday July 11th – 9 & 10 estimated start time of 9:30am
  • Saturday July 11th – 8 and Under estimated start time 12:30pm

Please also note the league is still finalizing details for the meet and we are still finalizing volunteer roles and numbers. As soon as this information becomes available, we will publish the positions in each session within Swimtopia for sign up and forward the meet letter and other pertinent information.
