Champs Meet Heat Sheets and Information
Hello Stingray Families!
The Final Champs Heat Sheets and Meet Letter are attached for your review. The following information has been compiled to help you get organized for the meet.
CHAMPS will consist of three meets over two days. Our 11 and Up age group will compete Friday, July 10th, our 9 and 10 age group will swim in the morning of Saturday, July 11th and our 8 and under age group will swim in the afternoon of Saturday, July 11th. CHAMPS will be held at The Bolles School at 7400 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32217.

Volunteers please check-in at Tent city with Jenny Fitzpatrick and Chris O’Connor on Friday. Jessica Shelton for Saturday AM meet and Chad Bunnell for Saturday Afternoon meet Send your swimmer to the team tent area with their Event/Heat/Lane details already on their arm and their First Initial, Last Name on their shoulder. Swimmers should check in with coaches. |

Parking
Parking will be available in the Upper Practice Field, please refer to the meet letter and map for more detailed information. Families are asked not to try and enter through the Bolles Main Campus gate.
Things to bring and Where to Sit/Setup:
Tent, Chairs, Sunscreen, Water, Sharpie, Goggles, Snacks (for swimmers and parents), Cash for the Concession Stand. We will set up team tents in our assigned space in the upper parking lot between the Davis Gymnasium and Cain Gymnasium, look for the Stingrays Banner. Please set up your chairs and tents here for the duration of the meet.
Other info:
Please be on time and ensure your swimmers are ready and marked properly. This will help the meet run efficiently. Listen to ready bench calls and be aware of the events. Please log into the new ready bench tracker website to follow along with announcements. Most Important HAVE FUN AND RELAX!!!! SJSSL is a developmental summer league focused on positivity and fun. We love all our swimmers and hope they get the best experience possible out of this event. Cheer for all, especially those who maybe struggling, and help out where you can – we’re all in this together! SWIMMERS PLEASE REMEMBER NO TECH SUITS ARE ALLOWED

Parents if you have a change of plans or an issue for the meet, please let us know via email, provided below, as soon as possible so that we may update meet details accordingly.
If you haven’t already done so please log into Swimtopia and sign up for the volunteer position you would like to perform in the Champs session your swimmer is competing in.
This years volunteer jobs are:
Cooler/Water & Ice - this volunteer must bring an iced cooler of water to the swim session signed up for.

Hospitality Volunteer
Stroke & Turn Judge - certified S&T judges only
Please remember all families are required to volunteer at Champs to meet the volunteer requirement for the season.
